Private health coaching sessions give you the accountability you need to to form healthy habits that create lasting results. Diets don’t last, so we will work together to figure out a plan that fits into YOUR life! No counting calories or feeling hungry all the time! I will teach you how to listen to your body and its signals through mindful practices such as yoga and meditation. Most health programs give you a list of what not to eat, but The Karma Kleanse focuses on the food you CAN eat and teaches you how to easily incorporate them into your life. The yoga practices will target your organs of detoxifications and give your body the best chance to eliminate toxins. Mantras and meditation will give you a clear mindset to reach your goals and relieve stress that can affect your health!

As a professional dancer of 15 years, I am constantly looking for ways to improve my performance and fuel my body right! I have been vegetarian for 12 years and plant based for 4. My programs are all powered by plants and explore the variety of colorful and flavorful foods that plants offer, not to mention the health benefits!
